Daniel Chopra and Keith Horne Conduct Maybank Golf Clinic
Minister of Youth & Sports, Malaysia, takes time out to attend the Maybank Malaysian Open
About 30 lucky Maybank Corporate Customers participated in the two Maybank Golf Clinics today and star player Daniel Chopra gave one group individual tips on how to correct their swing. Chopra dropped by after his round of 1-under for the day and taught eager participants how to get the most out of their game.
In the other Maybank Golf Clinic, South African Keith Horne provided key pointers on how to better your score and demonstrated the right way to swing your club.
YBhg Dato' Ahmad Shabery Cheek, Minister of Youth & Sports, Malaysia, also took some time from his busy schedule to attend the first day of the Maybank Malaysian Open. He enjoyed the sights and sounds of all the action from round 1 while being hosted by Maybank Chairman, Tan Sri Megat Zaharuddin Megat Mohd Nor.
The 49th edition of the Maybank Malaysian Open features a field of 156 players including star golfers K.J. Choi, Darren Clarke, Shingo Katayama, Chris Wood, Thongchai Jaidee and defending champion Anthony Kang. Second round of play begins tomorrow at 7:40am.
