By purchasing this ticket you (the Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time:

1. This ticket is sold for and on behalf of the Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter responsible for the event/show/concert. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter. Tickets are not transferable. No refund or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

2. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any postponement of tournament and /or events. The Ticket Holder in accepting the ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to during of subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury.

3. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person.

4. Entry will be refund if tickets have not been purchased from authorized points of sales.

5. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter reserves the right to make any changes without notice to the performance seating capacity and performance times. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other cause beyond his reasonable control.

6. No food and beverages purchased outside are to be brought into venue.

7. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event.

8. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute the events and/or vary advertised programs, events times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

9. The Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter may use the Ticket Holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

10. The ticket Holder agree to follow direction given by authorized personnel of Venue/Owner/Organizer/Event Promoter and to be submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
